CIBERTEC TREADMILL 5 TR-10
CHARACTERISTICS
Cibertec TREADMILL-5 with TR-10 control unit which permits to evaluate forced exercise training and accurate testing of fatigue in rodents.
The system is composed of a common belt in width provides the running surface for a number of 5 animals. There are dividing walls that create a lane for each animal and independent electric shock floor at the end of each lane. Electric shock is adjustable and it is possible to be switched off per lane and a control unit which
TR-10 control unit configures and monitors the real time forced exercises and provides a touch screen to configure parameters such as distance, time, speed, accumulated shock time, shock intensity, and number of shock deliveries also allows configuring the maximum distance of the exercise.
- 3 lanes for rat and 5 lanes for mouse configurations
- Measures:
o Rat lane -> 45 cm (length) x 10 cm (width) x 10 cm (height)
o Mouse lane -> 45 cm (length) x 6 cm (width) x 10 cm (height)
- Speed: From 0 to 40 m / min
- Lane inclination: 0- 25°
- Electric shock: From 0 to 1,99 mA
- Selectable parameters: Speed, shock intensity and maximum exercise time
- Displayed parameters: Speed, shock intensity, maximum exercise time, number of shock deliveries and travelled distance.
- TREADMILL PC option – Connection to a PC via USB port where the experiment configuration and data can be recorded and exported to CSV file format.
