The CIBERTEC Intestine Bath allows isolated intestine behaviour studies . The physiological natural conditions of tissues are reproduced and the response to different stimuli is recorded by a video data acquisition system , the chamber bath is constructed with black floor in order to obtain a good quality of record. 

The CIBERTEC Intestine Bath is made up of:

 

- Chamber of double jacket with tissue mounting and fastening tong:

          - Inner jacket of the chamber: containing the nutrient liquid where the isolated intestine is fastened with a holder. 

         - Outer jacket of the chamber: maintaining at physiological temperature the nutrients liquid by a temperature control system (accessory).

         - Tissue mounting and fastened tong.

 

- Video Camara and Video Tracking software (accessory).

- Data acquisition system (accessory).

- Temperature control circuit system (accessory). For maintaining at physiological temperature the fluid into inner jacket of the chamber. It is composed of a tank, a pump and hoses.
